WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BEING A MEMBER OF ‘CHRISTIAN RELAXATION’?

Christians often struggle to find mental health resources that align with their Christian faith. Christian Relaxation’s motto is, ‘Improving mental health through a Christian worldview’, so you can trust that every resource offered has been carefully prepared so that it doesn’t cross any faith boundaries. In fact, you may be surprised to know that much of what is being researched in the mental health field today, was actually written in the Bible 2000 years ago!

By being a member of Christian Relaxation, you have 24/7 access to mental health resources for the WHOLE family. Resources include: guided relaxation exercises (audio), Bible studies, colouring-in and activity sheets, toolkits and worksheets. 

WHY SHOULD I JOIN NOW?

Christian Relaxation is constantly adding new content – this means that the joining fee can’t stay at this price forever.  Once you join, your membership fee won’t change – it’s locked in for as long as you remain a member.  If you choose to cancel your subscription (which you are free to do anytime), and then re-join at a later date, you will have to join at the relevant price on offer at that time (the price will always be great value and affordable so that as many people as possible can have their mental health supported).

WHY HAVE A MEMBERSHIP SITE?

Being a part of a membership site means that you get 24/7 access to all that the site offers, including all new, regularly uploaded content. This gives you so much more value for your money than just paying for individual resources – it’s like a one stop shop! It also means that you will be able to try a number of different tools and strategies all for the one low price.

In addition to the resources that are available 24/7, you also get to be a part of a supportive, likeminded community through the Facebook group. Here you can learn together, share with each other, and perhaps even find new friends in your local area.

HOW OFTEN WILL PAYMENTS BE DEDUCTED?

Annual access – payments deducted once per year.

WILL THESE RESOURCES CURE MY MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES?

No. These resources are designed to be supplementary to the advice/treatment from your Doctor, Psychiatrist, Psychologist or other specialist/professional. It is necessary for you to ascertain suitability of these resources from your health professionals prior to commencing use of same. These types of resources may be helpful to assist mental health, but in no way are deemed to be a cure. Christian Relaxation have specifically designed these resources to align with the Christian faith, through combining scientific research and Biblical principles.

WHAT IS YOUR STATEMENT OF FAITH?

The Bible is the inspired, only inerrant, authoritative Word of God.

There is one God, made up of three persons: Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit, all eternally existing.

The Lord Jesus Christ is the son of God; born of a virgin; lead a sinless life; performed miracles; His shed blood is the only atonement for sin; that He died and physically rose again; He sits at the right hand of the Father; and that He will personally return in glory and power.

Salvation of lost and sinful man can only happen through regeneration by the Holy Spirit, leading to saving faith in Jesus Christ’s redemptive work on the cross. Nothing else can save you.

Through the indwelling Holy Spirit, the Christian is able to live a Godly life.

At the last day, both the lost and the saved will be resurrected. Those that are saved will be resurrected to eternal life with Christ and they that are lost will have eternal damnation.
